By seeing their exact fulfillment in the past, we can be confident that what is yet to be will take place, exactly as the prophecies predict. Let’s follow this guiding star.

Do not be distracted, but rather focus fully on God’s Word and Spirit of Prophecy counsel giving us connection to God, hope for the future, and our reason for being Seventh-day Adventists.

We must be clear in what we believe, for our beliefs define our mission and practice.

Our only safety, our only security today and in the days ahead, is to take God at His word—as revealed through the inspired Scriptures.

The sanctuary doctrine and the judgment are important theological reasons Seventh-day Adventists are engaged in mission.

When we really grasp how much God loves us, it makes it easier to surrender our will to His all-knowing, all-wise, all-loving will for us. For to truly rely on Christ, we must stop relying on ourselves and surrender our will to Him, saying, “Lord, not my will, but Yours, be done” (see Luke 22:42).

What we are seeing today is a wake-up call, urging us to look to God’s Word and be ready for what’s coming. Only by relying completely on Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit will we be able to accomplish anything! God is preparing us for the outpouring of the latter rain, enabling us to proclaim with a loud voice the life-giving messages of the three angels.

A remarkable story that demonstrates how God still works miracles in defense of His faithful servants.

What makes one persevere and push ahead despite obstacles, threatenings, betrayal, and even death?

A harrowing story of courage and survival illustrates the imperative of patient watchfulness as we await the return of our Lord.

It is in Christ’s presence where true joy is found. But how do we practice His presence today, when He is physically no longer walking the earth? It is through His words, as recorded in the Bible, and by communion with Him in prayer.

Those familiar with prophecy recognize the times in which we live. Numerous foretold events are rapidly taking place. People are desperately searching for answers, and we have been called to proclaim the truth as revealed in God’s Word.

Today we are indeed in the midst of a storm—a storm of uncertainty, anxiety, and fear. And we know that an even greater storm is coming. How can we get through this storm and be prepared to meet what lies ahead?

Looking forward to the future, we can rest assured that no matter what may come, God will provide the ways and means for His mission to continue moving forward.
