The Record Keeper leaked online

The controversial web series funded by the General Conference that was originally cancelled has been leaked to the web. The series was leaked on director Jason Satterlund's YouTube channel July 2 and on Ricardo Raposo's YouTube channel August 2. No announcement of the series release has been made on Satterlund's website or the two Facebook pages promoting the site. It's also been released on http://www.thehaystack.tv/. The Daily Haystacks tweeted this yesterday.

Rumors are circulating "The Record Keeper" is being reviewed this week by a committee and could potentially be shut down. ADvindicate has made numerous calls to the Director Jason Sutterlund, Executive Producer and General Conference PR Director Garrett Caldwell and others at the General Conference, but with no reply.

Reactions to 'The Record Keeper' world premiere

The General Conference's new web series "The Record Keeper" had its world premiere October 4, 2013 during the Brighter Hope meetings at Emmanuel-Brinklow Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ashton, Md. The series is scheduled to be released Feb. 13, 2014. The first two episodes will be released at the same time online, and then one per week after that, according to director Jason Satterland.

General Conference spends nearly one million on great controversy-themed dramatic series

Specialty cocktails greeted attendees at the 21-and-over launch party for the General Conference's trailer for its new web series "The Record Keeper" in San Diego’s Gaijin Noodle and Sake House July 19.

Adventists might wonder how a good-and-bad-angel costume party, serving alcohol Friday night, had anything to do with the church.
